What's a contact?
One person your automations answer in a month, however many replies and messages that takes. When your plan's are used up, extra contacts take over; without them, new people wait until your month starts again. More
What's the difference between reply and posting automations?
Reply automations answer people: a comment, a message, a story reply or your Telegram bot, and they're counted in contacts. Posting automations publish for you (new videos, series, repeats, your blog, your best posts) and use your plan's posts and AI writing. More
Is this allowed by Instagram and Facebook?
Yes. Davnai uses Meta's official messaging for business accounts: one private reply per comment, and messages only inside the 24 hours after someone writes or taps. More
What if Davnai can't answer a question?
It sends your holding reply and leaves the conversation for you in Messages. Take over to reply yourself; Davnai stays quiet until you hand it back, or 24 hours after your last reply. More
Do I need another app or an API key?
No. Automations use the accounts you've connected in Davnai; a Telegram bot takes one token from BotFather. More
Can people stop the messages?
Yes. Anyone can reply STOP and nothing more is sent to them; START brings them back. Every first message says how. More
Do posting automations post without asking me?
Only if you choose. By default each post waits for you: we email you, and you approve in one tap or change it in Davnai. More
